  • Pelvic Health Birth Prep + Early Postpartum Workshop

    1 DAY

    Workshop is led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist

    Hands on labour skills for your partner + partner support strategies

    Movements + exercises to support your pelvic floor in birth preparation, in each stage of labour and postpartum

    Labour and delivery positions + pushing strategies

    Common postpartum symptoms + how to manage including re-connecting to your pelvic floor and core

    Demonstrations and practice, come prepared to move

    Handouts and exercise programs provided

    Enrolment fee is for 2 students (birther & support)

    2 hour workshop
